Step 2 of 8 · The Essentials

Tell us about your organization

These answers shape which regulatory frameworks and risk areas your policy needs to address.

Select all that apply.
Step 3 of 8 · Intended Use

How do you plan to use AI?

Select all the use cases your organization is considering. Your policy will address the specific risks each one creates.

Step 4 of 8 · Your Tech Stack

Tell us about your technology environment

This helps us identify AI that may already be active in your environment, even without formal approval.

Name the actual tools your team uses. This helps us identify where sensitive data lives and which AI integrations may already be active. Leave any category blank if it does not apply.
Step 5 of 8 · Risk Priorities

How does your organization weigh these risks?

Drag each slider to reflect the priority your leadership places on each risk area. Your policy's emphasis and language will reflect your priorities.

Step 6 of 8 · Reference Documents (Optional)

Upload existing documents for context

If you have an employee handbook, existing privacy policy, or acceptable use policy, uploading one helps us match the tone and format of your culture. This step is completely optional.

Privacy note. Before uploading, we recommend removing employee names, salary details, and any highly sensitive personal data. Uploaded documents are used only to inform the tone and structure of your policy output and are not stored.

Step 7 of 8 · Your AI Tools

Which AI tools are in play at your company?

For each tool, answer two independent questions: how it's currently being used, and what you want your policy to say about it. These often differ, a tool can be in active use today even if you plan to prohibit it, or be unused today even if you plan to approve it. Where the tool has meaningfully different privacy postures depending on login type, tell us how it's typically accessed, this materially changes the risk and the guidance your policy needs to give.

Usage and policy decision are independent, a tool can be in informal use today while you decide to prohibit it going forward, or not in use yet while you decide to approve it. Leave both as default if a tool doesn't apply; your policy will still include baseline guidance for it since employees may encounter it informally.
