How to request a refund

Email payments@policystarter.com within 7 days of your purchase from the email address you used at checkout, and let us know you'd like a refund. You don't need to give a detailed reason.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the refund within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, any remaining 30-day paid access ends.
